We collaborate with multiple carriers, such as AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, ensuring that if one experiences an outage, our QUICKTEL Commander radios will automatically switch to the next available carrier. This provides complete redundancy. In the event that there is no cellular coverage from any carrier, you can still use QUICKTEL by connecting to any available Wi-Fi network. If you're in the wilderness, or in the middle of the ocean, or in the event when all three cellular networks go down, you can connect to a Starlink system via Wi-Fi and use our QUICKTEL system like normal.
Yes. If you are inside a building and have no 4G LTE signal, No Problem. Just connect to the building's Wi-Fi connection and everything will still work the same.

No, you don't need the POV headset camera to livestream video from the QUICKTEL Commander radio. The QUICKTEL Commander itself has a built-in camera capable of livestreaming directly. However, you can purchase the Headset POV camera and connect it to the QUICKTEL Commander radio for hands-free POV (Point of View) livestreaming and recording. This is particularly useful for technicians who need to stream what they are seeing to a supervisor while keeping their hands free for work.
